Pillow measures 22" L x 14” W (3 lbs). The height of the pillow ranges from 1.5 - 5" with Neck supports ranging from 2.5 - 3.5 " high.
Do NOT wash the Naturally Anti-Microbial Latex material. Avoid removing the cotton protective liner that is directly against the Latex pillow. The pillow covers can be machine washed on a very gentle cycle, gentle detergent (zipper closed) and in a lingerie bag HOWEVER we always recommend hand washing instead. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry low but preferably hang dry.

Absolutely PERFECT!
Having the right pillow makes a huge difference in the quality of sleep, as well as addressing orthopedic concerns. Over the past 5 years, I have been on a mission to find a pillow that worked for smaller framed women, provided good support and also had that feeling of sinking into a cloud. I also prefer a pillow that is made of natural materials. In my quest, I tried several Temperpedic pillows, Sleep Number, Casper, Sleepgram, Honeydew, Cushion Lab, Kanuda, a latex pillow, a very expensive down pillow and finally the Sleep and Glow Omnia pillow. Several of these pillows were not adjustable and had too much loft. Others were too high or too firm. I really like down pillows but most of them lose their fluffiness rather quickly or the down moves around leaving my head with no support. After seeing all of the great reviews of the Sleep and Glow Omnia pillow I recently decided to order it. It is a very nice pillow that fits my frame and provides good support but it lacks that feeling of sinking into a cloud. It is also a smaller pillow than most and if you are a stomach sleeper it does not work. After investing in so many different pillows I was very hesitant to invest in yet another pillow but then I saw that enVy had a ReNEW offering. I was reluctant to order a pillow that had been used and returned or one that was 'slightly' defective but given that enVy has a good return policy I decided to order it.
